THE EASY WAY TO SHOP THE SALES

With sales happening all-year round in the modern world of retail, I find myself missing out on great bargains all the time. I don’t have a great deal of time to shop – so any website that curates the good stuff is a real winner for me. I have just discovered one such website, where I found this Reiss jumper for £30, reduced from over £100. Warning: it's going to be responsible for damage to your bank balance!

Shop the look:

LoveTheSales is my new favourite shopping portal. The concept is simple – register with the site, share your favourite brands, then receive email alerts when their product goes into sale. What I like best is breadth of sites LoveTheSales scour on your behalf – I can’t say I visit Markus Lupfer’s own website regularly – preferring to browse his collections on Net-a-porter.com. But that can mean I’m missing out on the best discounts – as own brand websites often offer the best reductions. LoveTheSales do the work for you and scour a range of sites for the best possible bargains. Retailers also often ‘hide’ their sale offerings on their websites in Outlet pages that can be hard to navigate. The Reiss jumper I am modelling here was a great LoveTheSales bargain, reduced down to £30 – but I doubt I would have found it on the Reiss website itself.

By the way - I'm wearing my new H&M leather trousers here (from my previous post) and they are one of the best investments I have made in a long time. Unsurprisingly, given the under £200 price tag (which is dirt cheap for real leather),  it looks like they have been popular - there's some sizes left on the website here. I can't recommend them enough!

Happy sale shopping x
