A perennial summer favourite, palm prints are maturing into the trend of spring/summer 15 (expect horticural pun overkill in this post - sorry!). The cooler alternative to chintzy country garden florals, the high street is overgrown with evergreen ferns and tropical palm motifs this season. To do this look on a budget, head to H&M - I picked up a printed shirt and culottes from the latest H&M conscious collection for just over £30 for the set. At the top end of the high street, East London print purveyor House of Hackney is your go to - the 'palmeral' print is signature to the brand and a design classic. Here's my edit of the best palm prints available now:
Left column top - bottom: Palmeral 'Ameil' t-shirt dress, House of Hackney. Hillier palm tree 14kt yellow gold single earring, Mytheresa. Mara Hoffman harvest cut-out swimsuit, Net-a-porter.
Middle column top - bottom: Elizabeth and James palm print stretch scuba jersey top, Net-a-porter. Puma tennis shoes, House of Hackney x Puma. Patterned culottes, H&M. Soft fold clutch, Charles & Keith.
Right column top-bottom: East palm print linen dress, John Lewis. Mgsm palm tree sandals, Farfetch.com. Hillier palm tree necklace, Mytheresa.com.
